1

•  我倒!你真快啊!!I disagree you the point inside汉代蜜瓜– ♀       (432 bytes) (25 reads) 12/4/09

这句改对的人很多,主要是disagree是个不及物动词,标准用法是disagree with somebody on something.

2

Ha, you made more pillows。  Those pillows are very nice. What did you put inside? But I don’t like that brown skin :( –小泥山– ♀       (98 bytes) (13 reads) 11/25/09

“枕头套子”应该是pillowcase。“What did you put inside”也是字对字的翻译,老外可能会问 What was the pillow core made of?(枕芯是用什么做的?)

3

•  You make me laugh always!!!汉代蜜瓜– ♀       (0 bytes) (1 reads) 12/3/09

这句很多人都改对了,表示频率的副词 always通常是放在被修饰的动词之前的,这里的always是修饰动词make的,应该放在make之前。

4

•  Busy these days? Long time no see. Let’s speak in Chinglish, haha~~~汉代蜜瓜– ♀       (34 bytes) (8 reads) 12/3/09

5

• So far I haven’t seen 什么后果. If I had no great  confidence, I wouldn’t give any adivce. –汉代蜜瓜– ♀     (40 bytes) (97 reads) 11/27/09

首先,这句是对以前发生的事情的虚拟,应该用虚拟语气的过去式。其次,no 如果用作形容词,那么后面一般是跟名词,表示“完全没有”,比如我们可以说“I’ve no idea”“We have no bananas.”。如果用作副词,可以修饰形容词,但往往是表比较的词,比如 no better than,或者表否定的词,比如 in no uncertain terms。

除此之外,汉代蜜瓜其实想说的是“如果我对某事不是确有把握的话… …”,那么用 sure of something 更合适。

6

• MM are in Ca? Happy holiday!!汉代蜜瓜– ♀     (0 bytes) (5 reads) 11/26/09

这句很多人都改对了,are应该是is,汉代蜜瓜本人也意识到这一点,所以她自己跟了一个贴,改成is。但这样的错误,只有那些对英语极不熟悉的人才会犯,就像艾米曾经讲过的那样,初学英语的人免不了会说出 I is a student 这样的话来,但学的时间长了,就不会出现这种错误了。我们只能说汉代蜜瓜的英语还只有初学者的程度。

7

• Reading this kind of artcle makes me laugh  This is something women’s brain, not in reality.

后面一句,汉代蜜瓜大概是想说“这是女人头脑里想出来的,而不是客观存在的”,那么我们可以说“This only exists in women’s head/mind”或者“This is women’s imagination”。

8

•  Agree. 狐媚 is not necessary a bad word.  Just don’t 狐媚 other woman’s husband, or any men to whom you don’t want to marry.

It’s quite common to see some women use their 狐媚 GongFu to make men work for them.

As long as the woman’s husband or the man’s wife don’t find out; or the man don’t feel being used, then that’s nobody’s business :))

小泥山– ♀       (326 bytes) (11 reads) 12/9/09

这句很多人都改对了。首先,necessary 是个形容词, 不能用来修饰动词“is”,这里应该用副词necessarily。“not necessarily”是个常用结构,即便不知道谁能修饰谁,也应该感到这里用necessary不那么顺口。

再就是 “the woman’s husband or the man’s wife”,是一个用“or”连接的并列词组,动词应该跟靠得近的那个名词一致,所以应该用单数动词doesn’t。

“I disagree you the point inside ” 应该是’I disagree with you on the point inside ‘ (disagree是不及物动词)

” Those pillows are very nice. ” 好像这样更好: ” Those pillows look very nice. ”
“What did you put inside? ” 说成 “What did you put inside them? ” 更明确
” But I don’t like that brown skin” 应该沿用复数 ” But I don’t like those brown skins”?

“You make me laugh always!!!” 是不是 “You always make me laugh!!!”

“Let’s speak in Chinglish” 应为 “Let’s speak Chinglish”

“If I had no great confidence” 是不是 “If I had no strong confidence”
“I wouldn’t give any adivce.” 应为 “I wouldn’t have given any advice.” (这里是虚拟语气,理应用过去完成时)

” MM are in Ca?” 应为 “MM is in Ca?”? 这种Chinglish不知道有没有语法? :)

“This is something women’s brain, not in reality.” 是不是想说 “This is something in women’s brain, not in reality.”

“It’s quite common to see some women use their 狐媚 GongFu to make men work for them.” 改成 “It’s quite common to see some women using their 狐媚 GongFu to make men work for them.” (see somebody doing something, 作为宾语, 应用动名词)
“As long as the woman’s husband or the man’s wife don’t find out; or the man don’t feel being used, then that’s nobody’s business :))” 里面的don’t 应改为 doesn’t, 对应主语的单数.
    还有, 上面用的是复数, 这里突然用单数,有点不知所指.

  2. 谢谢艾米转贴.

    刚刚又发现一个错误:
” 狐媚 is not necessary a bad word.”
应为 “Agree. 狐媚 is not necessarily a bad word.”
    这里necessary应该用副词而不是形容词, 用来修饰动词is

  3. 挺雷人的,找搞笑的来看 :)

I disagree you the point inside–哈哈,how about outside?

But I don’t like that brown skin :( —哈哈,she must like the thing inside.

    Let’s speak in Chinglish–嗯嗯,原来是Chinglish。

This is something women’s brain, not in reality.– 吓死人啊。 Can you imagine a woman without a brain?

” Just don’t 狐媚 other woman’s husband, or any men to whom you don’t want to marry.

As long as the woman’s husband or the man’s wife don’t find out; or the man don’t feel being used, then that’s nobody’s business :))”

    —到底要不要狐媚other woman’s husband?

  4. 新浪要删贴,我把我改的再贴这里. 水平不高,尝试一下:)
    (1) I disagree you point inside.

改为: I disagree with your point personally.
    (2) Ha, you made more pillows.

改为: Ha. You made so many pillows.

    (3) You make me laugh always.
改为: Your words always make me laugh.

  5. (1) I disagree you point inside.

改为: I disagree with your point personally.
    (2) Ha, you made more pillows.

改为: Ha. You made so many pillows.

    (3) You make me laugh always.
改为: Your words always make me laugh.

  6. (6) MM are in Ca? Happy holiday!
    ——
MM, do you live in Canada now? Happy holiday!

    (7) Reading this kind of article makes laugh. It’s something women’s brain, not in reality.
    ——
While reading the article just like this, I’m amused. It only emerges in women’s dream, and it doesn’t exist in reality at all.

  7. (4) Busy these days? Long time no see you. Let’s speak in Chinglish.
    ——
Are you busy recently? I haven’t seen you for long time. Let’s speak in Chinglish.

(5)So far I haven’t seen 什么后果. If I had no great confidence, I wouldn’t give any advice.
    ——
So far, I haven’t seen the consequence. If I had no full confidence of it, I wouldn’t give any advice.

  8. (8) Agree. 狐媚 is not necessary a bad word. Just don’t 狐媚 other woman’s husband, or any men to whom you don’t want to marry.
    ——
Agree. What’s so called 狐媚 is not certainly a bad word. Just don’t 狐媚 other woman’s husband, or any man whom you don’t want to marry.

It’s quite common to see some women use their 狐媚 GongFu to make men work for them.
    ——
It’s quite common that some women take advantage of their flattery to make men work for them.

As long as the woman’s husband or the man’s wife don’t find out; or the man don’t feel being used, then that’s nobody’s business :))
    ——
As long as the woman’s husband or the man’s wife doesn’t find out it, or the man doesn’t mind that his wife is being used, it will be none of anybody’s business :))

  9. 狐媚 is not necessary a bad word.

狐媚 is not a necessary bad word.

When descriptive adjectives modify a singular countable noun, they are usually preceded by “a”, “an”, or “the”.

  10. Some verbs can be modified by adjectives.
    for example: be (is).

  11. 从容笑看云起

    新浪又删我的帖子了,只好到这儿来了.
    本来明天有final exam, 看到梦寐以求的奖品又安不下心了,草草的完成明天要交的paper,赶紧来纠错,呵呵。不过,本人水平不高,出了校门接触的英语颠来倒去就那么几句,语法是早忘得光光的了,要是没改到点子上,大家就一笑而过吧,呵呵。
1 我倒!你真快啊!!I disagree you the point inside
应改为I disagree with you on the above point.
2 Those pillows are very nice. What did you put inside? But I don’t like that brown skin :( –
应改为But I don’t like the brown pillowcase.
    3You make me laugh always!!!
    应改为You always make me laugh!!!
4 Busy these days? Long time no see. Let’s speak in Chinglish, haha
应改为Are you busy these days? 口语虽然可以省一点,但也不能省的影响意思的表达。
    5 so far I haven’t see 什么后果,if I had no great confidence, I wouldn’t give any advice
应改为Until now I haven’t see什么后果, so far 不能放句首
6 MM are in Ca? Happy holiday!
    应改为Happy holidays!
7 reading this kind of article makes me laugh, This is something women’s
    brain, not in reality
    应改为articles,复数
    下面应该是unrealistic ideas吧,“妇人之见”这种说法会被外国女权主义者一顿猛砸的。
Agree.
应改为狐媚 is not always/necessarily a negative word.
Marry sb 而不是 marry to sb
It is very common to see
As long as the woman’s husband or the man’s wife doesn’t find out, or the man doesn’t feel being imposed, it is not about anyone else
    改到最后我都失去耐心了,╮(╯▽╰)╭。英语poor就要improve,整天显摆算啥呢。

  12. I mean, for the sentence(狐媚 is not necessary a bad word.) , just the order of the adjectives is wrong.

  13. 狐媚 is not necessarily a bad word 可能更符合英语习惯? 哎,被搅糊涂鸟

  14. 汉代蜜瓜做的事cushion,不是pillow.

  15. 不管怎么说,狐媚 is not necessary a bad word 是错了:如果用形容词necessary,词序错了;不改词序,就要用副词necessarily。

  16. “汉代蜜瓜做的事cushion,不是pillow”

    对汉代蜜瓜来说这有什么不同吗? :)

  17. 5. If I had no great confidence, I wouldn’t give any adivce.
    =

If 后应跟 have(现在时),后面应用 will not 。表示对if里的事很有把握(但还不是绝对)。

可能瓜本想虚拟一把,把正话反着说,如果是的话,那正话可是表达相反意思的,表示对if里的事很没把握的:If I had great confidence, I would give some adivce.

  18. MM are in Ca? Happy holiday!
应该为Is MM in CA? Happy holiday!
But I don’t like that brown skin.
    应该为:But I don’t like that brown cover.

  19. 414:)
    1、翻译机E文,我不同意你的点在里面?
    仅看这一句,I disagree with you. 应该够了。
    不知道是想说我不同意你里面所说的观点,还是我不同意你的观点,详情见内?

    2. What’s inside? brown skin 是否应该用 brown cover?

    3.语序和时态都不合适吧,You always made me laugh!
    4. Busy these days? 这样的说法现在应该可以接受。
    Long time no see 这句话虽然源自中国,但好像已经被英语国家接受了,是不是可以不算Chinglish了?:)
    Speak Chinglish, in 是多余的

    5. no great confidence是什么用法?!前面已经有人说了,想用虚拟语态的话就前后保持一致:If I had not enough confidence, I would not have given any advice.

    6. MM是单数~are 应为 is,严格一点疑问句应该提前is,Is MM in CA? 如果是多天假期的话用复数holidays。
    7.article 拼写错误。这些文章令我发笑?reading 令我发笑? 楼上的朋友从women’s brain 想到了妇人之见,强!
    从语法上来讲,women前面加个in 应该够了。

    8. 修饰bad的应为副词 necissarily。
or any man to whom 的to 多余了, marry 是及物动词,而且any men 的men 用单数好一些吧,任何一个…

  23. 学习了~
    对比一下,偶在第3句中对时态的理解错误;
    第8项,偶把necessarily 拼错啦,偶那天用notepad敲的,没有拼写检查功能,今儿一看就觉着刺眼了…
